Meet Zach

Hi, I’m Zach Osborne. I was born and raised in Independence, Iowa, where I built a strong foundation in hard work and community values. My work ethic and problem-solving skills came from 18 years in various roles in a factory, machine operations or garbage collection. For the past six years, I have proudly served as a Farm Bureau agent, earning several awards and accolades in addition to being recognized as the Property-Casualty Rookie of the Year for both Iowa and the company in 2021. My wife, Julie, and I currently reside in Independence, IA, and we have two children, Tyler and Kylie.

As a district manager, my goal is to recruit and develop talented individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in their communities, foster a strong culture, enhance client satisfaction and achieving ambitious sales goals.

I am looking for agents that have an entrepreneurial mindset, are competitive and driven, have strong communication skills and a strong passion for impacting their community in a positive way.
