Meet Zach

Hi, I’m Zach Osborne. I was born and raised in Independence, Iowa, where I built a strong foundation in hard work and community values. My work ethic and problem-solving skills came from 18 years in various roles in a factory, machine operations or garbage collection. For the past six years, I have proudly served as a Farm Bureau agent, earning several awards and accolades in addition to being recognized as the Property-Casualty Rookie of the Year for both Iowa and the company in 2021. My wife, Julie, and I currently reside in Independence, IA, and we have two children, Tyler and Kylie.

As an assistant district manager, my goal is to recruit and develop talented individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in their communities, foster a strong culture, enhance client satisfaction and achieving ambitious sales goals.

I am looking for agents that have an entrepreneurial mindset, are competitive and driven, have strong communication skills and a strong passion for impacting their community in a positive way.
