Hello, I’m Rowdy Swafford. I am a District Manager in New Mexico with a proven track record in sales leadership and business development. I bring extensive experience in driving growth, leading high-performing teams and achieving strong client results. In my experience in the insurance industry, I have consistently excelled in both sales and management roles, building diverse, collaborative teams that outperform expectations and elevate organizational performance. I’ve earned multiple annual sales awards by combining strategic planning with a genuine commitment to understanding client needs. My passion for leadership and client service continues to fuel my drive to innovate, grow and create meaningful impact within every organization I serve. I currently reside in New Mexico with my wife, Beth, and our two fur babies, Hank and Rose.
As a District Manager, my goal is to develop leaders. My approach centers on building trust, fostering long-term relationships, and providing clear, solution-driven guidance. Whether coaching agents to success or developing strong partnerships with customers, I focus on integrity, communication and results.
