Meet Nikolai

Hello, I’m Nikolai Talento. I am a proud New Mexico native who enjoys red and green chili in equal measure. I have a Bachelor of Science from the Colorado School of Mines and a Masters of Arts in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma. I have worked across New Mexico, the Western U.S. and internationally as an engineer, operations leader and senior manager. In 2021, I returned to New Mexico with Amazon to help launch a number of large scale facilities in the Albuquerque and Los Lunas areas. I am passionate about job creation and working for the benefit of my community. I am excited to continue this mission as an Assistant District Manager with Farm Bureau Financial Services.

As an Assistant District Manager, my goal is to find talented and driven individuals and bring them into the Farm Bureau family.

I’m looking for agents who are competitive team players, are passionate entrepreneurs and who aspire to create jobs and generational wealth for themselves and their communities.
