Meet Joe

Hi, I’m Joe Youngman. I graduated from University of Illinois-Springfield with a bachelor’s degree and also earned my CFP from the College of Financial Planning. I’ve spent the past 28 years in the insurance industry working in a similar role and have earned various awards and accolades. I currently reside in Kansas with my wife, Candace, and we have three grown children, Cameron, Tyler and Connor.

As a District Manager, my goal is to build a championship sales team of committed agents dedicated to being the best providers of financial security in Kansas.  

I’m looking for agents that are competitive, involved in the community and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
