Meet Jessi

Hello, I’m Jessi Doke. I am a District Manager in Nebraska. I was born and raised in Gering, Nebraska and attended Chadron State College, where I earned my degree in Business Marketing. I started with Farm Bureau Financial Services in 2011 as a Farm Field Underwriter. I spent more than 10 years as a Business Center Director, and I’m now proud to join the Sales and Distribution side of the company as a District Manager. I love this company and I’m incredibly proud to represent it. My husband, Brandon, is also a Farm Bureau agent, and together we have two sons, Reed and Bode. We’re a very active family who loves the outdoors, sports and spending time together.

As a District Manager, my goal is to build a team of agents and sales associates who are passionate about what they do, passionate about their clients and love giving back to their communities. One of my strengths is mentoring and coaching, and that is a big part of my role with the agents in my district. I want to help people see what they’re capable of, set big goals and then actually go after them.

I’m looking for motivated people who are inspired by what can be, who have big visions and compelling futures they’re working toward, and who are ready to put in the work to build them.

I’m looking for someone who wants to build a business and build a team that makes a real difference in their community.
