Meet Jeff

Hello, I’m Jeff Mills. Born and raised in Iowa, I spent 37 seasons coaching college football and mentoring student athletes, before transitioning into the business world. My faith, family and friends are my priorities in life. My daughter Amanda, son-in-law Malcolm, and granddaughter Mila reside in Palo Alto, California, and my son Tyler, lives in Fort Worth, Texas. The highlight of this summer will be walking down the aisle to marry my beautiful fiancé, Lauren. We are excited to begin our new chapter together with Lauren's daughters Gretchen and Nora. The household in Ankeny will be very active and exciting with our dog Marshall and cats, Nola and Angel.

As an Assistant District Manager, my goal is to bring individuals into an incredible industry where they can create a long-lasting legacy and impact the livelihoods and futures of members in their community.
