Meet Jeff
Hello, I’m Jeff Maxson. I am a District Manager in Kansas. I am originally from central Wisconsin but have lived in many places including Nevada, Minnesota and now Kansas throughout my life. I am a family-first individual who enjoys spending time with my son, Jarod, but if you ask my dog, Lex, he’d say I’m dog-first! I spent 15 years in the heavy equipment industry serving the agriculture, mining and construction sectors before transitioning to the insurance and financial services industry. I started as a scratch agent 18 years ago and look forward to bringing my leadership and hands-on experiences to help current and new agents build their business and become successful agents.
As a District Manager, my goal is to develop and support high-performing agents by providing coaching, mentorship and proven business strategies that help them build successful, client/member focused practices while achieving their personal and professional goals.
I’m looking for agents who want to make an impact in their community, are goal oriented and are passionate about creating a genuine relationship and experience for their client/members.
