Meet Jalon
Hello, I’m Jalon McDonald. I currently reside in Utah and graduated from Utah State University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. I enjoy music and have played guitar in a band for the past 8 years. I have been with Farm Bureau Financial Services for 6 years as a Sales Performance Manager before I transitioned to the Assistant District Manager position in 2026.
As an Assistant District Manager, my goal is to develop, inspire and drive my team.
I am looking for agents who have integrity, are looking for purpose and have a passion for helping people.
