Meet Jaime

Hi, I’m Jaime Bachura. I grew up on a small farm outside Council Grove, KS. I currently reside in Kansas with my wife, Phoebe, and our three children, Carter, Brynn and Beckett. I attended Emporia State University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business. I have spent most of my professional career in the insurance industry, recruiting top talent in communities around Kansas to build and scale agencies that are client and community focused. After 20 years of experience, I’ve found that when insurance is done right, it provides education and solutions for families and businesses, so they are prepared for the unexpected.

As a District Manager, my goal is to create the best insurance experience for clients and help them protect what matters most.

I am looking for agents that are community-focused, entrepreneurial and have leadership qualities.
