Meet Hank
Hello, I’m Hank Cautin. Originally from Philadelphia, I’ve spent the majority of my life in Minnesota, particularly in the Delano and Wayzata areas, where I learned the value of hard work and dedication. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and played on the club baseball team during my time there. I currently reside in Minnesota with my partner, Jenna, and my two dogs, Utley and Dollie. In my free time I enjoy golfing, traveling, playing softball with my lifelong friends and going to sporting events. I hold true to my fandom of Philadelphia sports teams, but I've always loved going to Twins games, the 3M open and Wolves games. I started in the insurance and financial services industry in 2020 with Farm Bureau Financial Services, then I transitioned to the Assistant District Manager position in 2026.
As an Assistant District Manager, my goal is to build a team of successful, high-performing agents who put their clients first. I have a passion for building solutions through in-depth fact-finding with the clients, ensuring we are protecting what matters most to them and planning for the future appropriately. With my training and onboarding experience in previous roles, I enjoy the aspect of helping agents find success through mentorship, coaching and general guidance.
