Meet Deb

Hi, I’m Deb White. I was born and raised on a small farm in rural Iowa. I attended Western Dubuque schools and shortly after graduation I married my high school sweetheart. We have been married since 1975 and have four wonderful children: Matt, Chuck (Laura), Melissa (Josh), Samantha (Ryan) and are blessed with 12 grandchildren. I furthered my education through the American College receiving the LUTCF and CLU designations.

I started in the insurance and financial services industry in 1982 as an agent. I achieved MDRT my first full year in the business before transitioning into a field leadership role. I joined Farm Bureau Financial Services in 1992 and transferred to southwestern Minnesota as a District Manager in 1994.

I enjoy spending time with my husband, kids and grandkids, playing games and attending games. During the summer my husband and I also enjoy golfing and RZR riding.

As a District Manager, my goal is to continue to develop my district into one of the leading districts within our company and industry!

I am looking for agents with the following qualities: Located in rural communities; Agricultural background; Strong entrepreneurial skills.
