Meet Brad
Hi, I’m Brad Hasenkamp. I grew up in a rural community in north central Iowa, where I learned the importance of hard work and dedication. I have a Bachelor's degree from Upper Iowa University, where I played collegiate baseball. I began my career in the insurance and financial services industry in 2010. I transitioned into a District Manager role with Farm Bureau Financial Services in 2016. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, being active in my church and community, traveling and attending sporting events.
As a District Manager, my goal is to build a team of successful, professional agents who protect their client/members' livelihoods and futures. We focus on building long-term, professional relationships with our client/members through in-depth fact-finding and solutions-based sales. I have a passion for helping client/members protect what matters most to them. I also love the aspect of helping agents find success through coaching, encouraging and mentoring, while they grow and develop in their careers.
I am looking for agents with the following qualities: Hard work; Dedication; Loyalty. I believe it's also important to have a passion for helping those in our communities.
