Meet Austin
Hi, I’m Austin Barnes. I was born and raised in Larned, KS. I attended Kansas State University and Victory Bible Institute. I started as a Farm Bureau Financial Services Agent and absolutely love this company. After over 12 years as an agent, I knew that I wanted to be in management so I could impact more than my community alone. My wife, Kendra, and two sons, Gavin and Shea, and I are an active family that enjoys spending our time at the lake or at Kansas State sporting events.
As a District Manager, my goal is to support my agents and sales associates and bring new people into our industry. I support and help our team grow through mentoring and coaching.
I am looking for agents who are movers and shakers in their communities, who want to own a local business and provide a meaningful service.
