Meet Lauren
Hi, I’m Lauren Fitzwater. I joined the insurance and financial services industry with Farm Bureau in 2015 as an insurance agent in New Mexico. I am returning to the field after most recently serving as Director of Agency Development in West Des Moines, IA. I grew up in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. I have a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master’s degree from Boise State in Educational/Instructional Technology. Before joining the insurance industry, I was a teacher in New Mexico and Arizona. I am married to my husband, Tom and we have four wonderful children, Olivia, Lincoln, Piper, and Parker. We could not be happier to return to the beautiful state of Arizona!
As a District Manager, my goal is to develop a highly productive team of agents who want to grow their businesses while positively impacting their clients and communities.
