Hi, I'm Amy Cassel, Agency Manager at Farm Bureau Financial Services in Kansas. I started my career with Farm Bureau in 1998 and have worked in several different positions throughout the organization. To name a few of those positions, I’ve worked in the Kansas Business Unit, ran a successful agency as a Career Agent and trained many new agents throughout the state while working as a Regional Field Trainer. All of these roles prepared me for my current role of Agency Manager.
My approach to approach in mentoring agents into a successful career with our company is simple. We offer our agents an amazing online learning atmosphere as well as world-class classroom training. I also provide them the opportunity to learn hands-on from me, as well as several other key partners, as they develop the confidence and education they need to be successful long term in the organization. Throughout an extended training period, there are several sessions set aside for diagnostic coaching opportunities which equip my agents with input on how to enhance their personalized sales techniques.
I am married to my husband, Aric, and we have three amazing children. Our hobbies include attending our kids’ sporting events and watching them grow. I am a member of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce and frequently attend networking activities. Additionally, I’m heavily involved in my children’s school, and play an active role in our PTO.
I want to help you discover a business opportunity that offers the professional independence, work/life balance and level of compensation you're looking for.
