Meet David

Hi, I’m David Banning. I graduated from Kansas State University before entering the insurance and financial services industry in 1988. I eventually joined Farm Bureau Financial Services in 1996 where I’ve enjoyed serving in multiple roles, including the Director of Mutual Funds Business Development and Agency Manager. My wife, Sheila, and I have a handsome son, Cameron. We enjoy golfing, working out and following college and professional sports teams.

As a District Manager, my goal is to develop an elite team with top notch agents that have the same initiative as I do and are willing to work in a team atmosphere.

I am looking for agents with the following qualities: High moral and ethical standards and a drive to take the initiative necessary to succeed.
