Farm Bureau's Reserve Agent program lets you begin building an insurance business without quitting your current job or sacrificing your savings to get started. During our 4-month developmental period, you'll work selling auto, home and life insurance. You'll arrange sales appointments around your current work schedule and learn first-hand what it takes to be a successful full-time agent.
Each month you'll collect commissions based on your sales effort, not a time clock. The more you sell, the more you earn. Of course, you'll be expected to meet minimum sales requirements in the program and to continue the agent contracting process. But once you successfully complete the 4-month program, you'll find transitioning to a contracted agent relatively simple. After all you've built a foundation for success.
