Agent Recruiting Process

Starting a new career is a big change, not just for you, but for your family and the community you'll serve. And, it's one that shouldn't be taken lightly. We want you to feel confident in your decision to join our Companies and be a Farm Bureau agent. 

Our recruiting and selection process begins by completing the 'Get Started' form, talking with an Agency Manager and attending your first interview. If together we agree it's a good fit for you, you'll move forward to a second interview and meet the Regional Vice President. In your third and final interview, you'll make a commitment to become a Farm Bureau agent, register for insurance industry courses and set a target contract date.
